How engagement works
Start with a scope discussion. We confirm deliverables, responsibilities, fee, and timeline in writing before work begins. Delivery is remote unless separately agreed. Professional services are scoped at $200 per hour, including preparation, meetings, analysis, writing, revisions, and handoff.
Applicable Cibernética toolkit licenses are included. We account for an existing purchase of the same toolkit in your proposal so you do not pay twice.
Readiness work provides findings and next actions; it does not issue certification, a SOC 2 report, or an audit guarantee. Independent examinations, software subscriptions, penetration testing, and technical remediation are separately arranged.
