Refund policy

Digital products

Cibernética sells downloadable toolkits, workbooks and supporting documents. No physical items are shipped. Please review the product description, included files and software requirements before purchasing.

Because digital products cannot be returned, sales are generally final once download access has been provided. We do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect product selection, or incompatibility with software that does not meet the requirements stated on the product page. This is subject to the exceptions and legal rights below.

When we can help

Contact us if you were charged twice for the same purchase, cannot access your download, received the wrong or incomplete files, or find a material defect or a substantial mismatch with the product description. We will work with you to provide the correct files or resolve the problem. If we cannot resolve a qualifying delivery or product problem within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded.

Requesting a refund

Email contact@ciberneticausa.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. Please contact us promptly so we can help. Do not send payment-card details or confidential business records.

If a refund is approved, we will confirm it by email and issue it to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Consulting services

Cancellation and refund arrangements for consulting, onboarding and other professional services are set out in the written engagement agreement or scope accepted for that service. Contact us with any questions before booking.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any required consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights must be obtained separately; this policy alone does not constitute that consent.
