How engagement works
Start with a scope discussion. We confirm the deliverables, responsibilities, fee, and timeline in writing before work begins. Delivery is remote unless separately agreed. Professional services are scoped at $200 per hour, including preparation, meetings, analysis, writing, revisions, and handoff.
Readiness services provide findings and next actions; they do not issue certification, a SOC 2 report, or an audit guarantee. Independent examinations, software subscriptions, penetration testing, and technical remediation are separately arranged.
Pricing
$400 USD. Fee applies to the defined scope above; additional work requires agreement.
