How engagement works
Start with a scope discussion. We confirm deliverables, responsibilities, fee, and timeline in writing before work begins. Delivery is remote unless separately agreed. Professional services are scoped at $200 per hour, including preparation, meetings, analysis, writing, revisions, and handoff.
Readiness work provides findings and next actions; it does not issue certification, a SOC 2 report, or an audit guarantee. Independent examinations, software subscriptions, penetration testing, and technical remediation are separately arranged.
Pricing
$1,200 USD/month. This is a monthly service allowance, not an automatic subscription. Renewal and billing are arranged through a written agreement. Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
