How engagement works
The subcontract defines responsibilities, client-facing activity, confidentiality, client ownership, escalation, acceptance criteria, and dependencies. Availability and working hours are confirmed before commitment.
Pricing
$200/hour standard reference rate. Fixed-fee and reserved-capacity arrangements are quoted after scoping. Meetings, preparation, communication, reviews, and delivery use agreed capacity; additional work requires prior approval.
Scope and responsibilities
We confirm deliverables, responsibilities, timing, dependencies, and fees in writing before work begins. Any scope changes or additional work require prior agreement. Delivery is remote unless separately agreed.
Independent audits, certification, legal advice, software subscriptions, technical testing, and technical remediation are excluded unless expressly included in the proposal.
